[CL] Sarah Corbett by the super-cool & lovely people at Culture Laser (their theme tune is A-mazing!).

Guest interviewer (and all around lovely person) Peggy Hughes talks to Sarah Corbett, our founder of the Craftivist Collective, at the Wigtown Book Festival where Sarah was delivering a talk to promote A Little Book of Craftivism. Sarah talks about how she uses craft to engage people in a deep transformative way with activism through crafting, touching upon issues of environmentalism, corporate greed and gender equality in a warm and humorous way – quietly encouraging people to reflect upon these subjects in their own space and time.

The podcast also features the track San Francisco from musician Zoe Bestel, who was part of last year’s WTF and helped out at Radio Free Wigtown this year. Follow her on Twitter @zoebestel and find out more on her website?

The interview with Sarah was originally broadcast as part of Radio Free Wigtown 87.7FM. Huge thanks to Stuart Maclean @frenchbloke for radio engineering. Produced by Colin Fraser @kailworm in Wigtown and Edinburgh and presented by Ryan Van Winkle @rvwable in Singapore for Culture Laser Productions @culturelaser.
