30 Jan A quick and easy Craftivism project anyone can do in different ways
Four steps to Craftivism:
1. Buy or print the orginal image in whatever size you want.
2. Deface the image with the above words (you can change the last sentence to include an issue you are passionate about e.g. “campaign to have all trade as fair-trade” etc)
3. Put the poster/postcard in your window, on your desk at work, on a Starbucks noticeboard… anywhere you think people will see it
4. Done!
Inspired by an idea by the craftivist Sophie Freeman who was fed up of seeing the posters ‘keep calm…’ when we are in a messed up world that urgently needs to be changed.
